Four distinct flavours of chocolate truffles are usually available. The white truffles are crafted in white chocolate then rolled in toasted almonds with a filling of light chocolate truffle blended with cointreau. The coffee truffle is dipped in dark chocolate & rolled in light cocoa powder. Plain truffles come in two varieties - each contain a creamy truffle filling dipped in rich plain chocolate.
